wrong regional disc

can any 1 help me out i had the dvd player on yesterday with no problem's at all

but today i bought the kid's a dvd and moved the dvd player into the living room on the big tv

but it keep's saying

..wrong regional disc.. and wont play at all any ideas why

Have a look and see if the disc's a PAL disc (should be wrote on )

Same thing happened to me when I bought one from Tescos recently, won't matter where you try it, unless the disc is for your region it won't play (unless you're one of the rockafella clan and have a multi region player ). Have a look on the cover and somewhere in the small print it will tell you what region it will play on.

Down here, I think we are "region 2", but do a "google" on dvd regions and they'll tell you yours and tell you what you've bought.............Al

it wont even plat copy's ive got the player is called

AKURA it say's mp3.. kodak ..cdr and cdrw player
